Our sales person was nice but the delivery service can't be trusted to be on time. Not the drivers fault at all, they we great. But if you call in to check on where they are, the guy I spoke to more that once was NOT helpful and was extremely rude. Bought a couch, chair and ottoman. I will never shop there again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in my opinion.
We recently moved to the area. I asked my brother where we should go for furniture, he immediately recommended Pieroway's Furniture. We purchased living room furniture. We enjoyed dealing with the salespeople and the delivery was made at the scheduled time. The men were professional and patient with us as we attached gliders to the bottom of the furniture we had delivered so that it would be put in place. We returned yesterday to purchase mattresses, again we had a pleasant experience at Pieroway's. I highly recommend them for any furniture or bedding needs you may have. They don't follow you around the store, they are there if you need them to answer questions. Very Happy!
