Clean, perfect for family. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with a pullout sofa. We also got a roll away also. The kids say the pull out and roll away wasn't very comfortable but it was better than having to sleep together. Bed and pillows were comfy. Shower pressure was strong which we loved. We only stayed one night but will be seeking out other residence inn because this is well suited for a family of 6. Front desk lady (from SC) was a pleasure at check in.

We come here annually for the Big E. The room can comfortably fit 3 people ; kitchen is okay; the bathrooms could be updated. The whole place is dated, we stay because it's reasonable and the staff has been great. This year is slightly on the down grade. It seems the hotel has lowered its'
Budget priced Residence Inn. Prompt and professional staff. The room was in need of some repairs, mostly cosmetic. Comfortable room.
standard to allow low income housing. We were next to an occupied suite that had marijuana smoking and loud music playing until midnight. Obviously the no smoking policy is not being followed. The staff is okay but I see a change in the hotel going down. I hope this review can help the management correct the issues. It is a great place but this year is more of a 2 12 star rating.
Always a very pleasant experience..all workers seem to be genuinely concerned that needs are met. My only comment, as a smoker,paying client,there should be a covered area with seating available. I encountered a woman using a walker standing under a tree to get shelter, that is ridiculous (please don't tell me we shouldn't be smoking, that is our business!) And we would be courteous if amenities were provided!
