Clean, affordable, front office staff was extremely helpful and super nice. Only an Eight dollar uber ride to the Big E. Overall experience we would definitely go back next year.
The rooms were very clean! The bed was very comfortable. The chair in the room was very small and not comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator worked fine. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The continental breakfast had a lot of choices except all hot items were cold.
Room was clean, but a little warm. Lady at desk was preoccupied on phone. Once off the phone, she took her time with taking care of off.
Rich exhibits excellent and friendly customer service. Fraez young gentleman was very friendly with excellent customer service and kind. As much I travel, I think it's important to mention such good, and accommodation of friendly service to BW management ! These folks are true gentleman and very professional, which most likely I'm confident I'll stay again....
I had a very good experience staying at the best western. The staff was extremely nice and there were no issues. It was a pretty central location to where I was traveling and there were many options for dinner around the area.
