My husband and I where working the Big E fair in Springfield Mass and where about to head to South Carolina pulling a fifth wheel trailer when 4 miles out, we experienced shaking of our truck. We were towed to Century Auto. Within a day our truck was diagnosed and the whole front break system was replaced. They even drove us and our two dogs to a nearby hotel. They allowed us to park our trailer next to their shop. Morning of departure we realized the 5th wheel had a flat and again Century Auto went above and beyond by driving to fetch tires that would fit and even fixed our spare. The staff and the owner of Century Auto was friendly and welcoming to us and our pets! The cost of repairs and all they did for us was very affordable and we would absolutely recommend them to everyone! Deserving a 5 star!!!

Pete and his crew are amazing. They are honest and go above and beyond the call of duty. It took us a long time to find an honest mechanic. We recently moved to Springfield but will still come to Century Auto.
If you're freaking out over car issues or want to know who to trust, this is the place! Century Auto Service saved our vacation! They stayed an hour past closing time to help two out of town people make it home. He then CALLED us when we were half way back home to check on us/ the car & followed up with us the next day. You could not possibly find a better place!! So so so grateful we stumbled upon Century & their staff!!!
