I found the sales experience at BMW of West Springfield to be top notch. Their staff is courteous and professional. I ordered a new X3 M40i in October and they delivered it at the end of November (exactly when they said they would). The price for the new vehicle was fair and they valued my trade properly. This was the best car buying experience I've had. The "No Haggle" policy at this dealership was genuine and made the process stress-free. I visited in November, drove two different models and left. Chris Frois was my client advisor and he answered my questions, but applied no pressure. I did my research and believe I truly got the best deal (I had a poor experience at HC in Boston) which really helped me appreciate this dealership. I returned a month later, they offered me a great deal, a more than fair price on my trade, and three days later I drove away in my new BMW. I really appreciated all the people with whom I interacted especially Chris, Jerome, Jennifer, Ed and the Finance Manager. I will return to BMW of West Springfield for my next vehicle!
