Really good place to shop for a vehicle! Selection and pricing are outstanding. The whole process from choosing to signing is made very easy. The training that you receive to learn your vehicle functions is excellent! Bought a car here and they treated me wonderful (as well as my car) it was a beaut and they made sure it was gorgeous leaving. They had a comfy waiting area and a selection of drinks/snacks for you
I like the way that my sales rep. showed me the car. One thing I didn’t like is that she did not know what some of the features that the car was and didn’t know right if the bat how to show me where my spare tire was! Other then that she was pretty good. In love with my car!
Manny from Balise Toyota did a tremendous job using his instincts in identifying suspicious behavior from a woman who was trying to buy a car, after 4 days of other fraudulent activity, using my identity. I never thought something like this would happen to me but Manny did a fabulous job in making me feel at ease during a very stressful time (as I'm sure it was for him too) and made sure to follow up and keep me posted as to what was happening. I live in New Jersey but hope to stop in and personally thank him and the dealership if I'm ever in that area.
