Provisioned new sim card successfully. Had question regarding porting of number with regards to old phone number showing up as source on new sim card, showed no concern or care when asked questions and said it should work out in a few days. It did eventually work out, but felt like they were just deferring with a lack of empathy

Depending on who you get to wait on you, makes all the difference in the world. All the phones coming out, I don't know anything about them. One person was fantastic, while the next time I went, I was given a card to call a technician.
I had been going to this location for years. They weren't the best, but friendly enough (this is the reason they got 2 stars)...so okay, no biggy. The last few times I went in, however, they were not helpful...they said they would call to follow up with me, but didn't...it was just bad. Now I go out of my way to another AT&T that has far better customer reviews and although it's not convenient, it's worth the trip to get much better service! If I were forced to deal with the West Springfield location, I would not have stayed with AT&T...thankfully customers have a choice.
