Brought my porsche for a tune up and oil change. First off they gave me a quote and said they would call if anything needed to be replaced during their inspection. Needless to say they called to say the car was done so I went down to pick it up and the bill was over the quote by 150 dollars. I asked what the reason was and they said we changed the serpentine belt. Yet they never called to ask and just did it. Then after paying I asked for the keys and they go the keys are in the car outside. Really you left the keys in an expensive sports car right out front in the parking lot. Definitely wont be seeing me again for any service on my vehicles.
These guys really know how to provide service! They were able to fix my problem that day, didnt even have to order parts, even let me know that my inspection was out of date, and did that too for Sealy cheap. If you don't know where to bring your car, go here.
Did not have a good experience. Brought my car to be fixed, got it back and drove it for about a day and the service engine light came back on only to look in the engine to find missing screws, wires not put back in the correct place and vacuum hoses still not connected... even though I told them to replace them they did not do as I asked. I even called and left a message to see if they could help me out and never got a call back. You would think after paying almost 1000 to get my car fixed it would be done properly and completely... but not with these guys
Walts Bros. is *incredible.* I'm from out of town, and as of this morning, was in an emergency situation. Since it's right before Thanksgiving, I was thinking I was going to be stuck in a hotel room for a week, alone on the holiday, waiting for my car to be fixed.
Awesome family owned auto repair business. Repair work is high quality and prices are very reasonable.
I can't recommend Walts Brothers highly enough.
Walts took my car in right away and fixed it during, literally, the time it took me to take a nap. Not only that, but it cost me much, much less than I'd feared (not to mention the money I saved on a hotel room!). Not only *that,* but they were extraordinarily kind, gracious and helpful every step of the way. I'm so glad I called them. I only wish they were located back home so I could keep taking my car to them. :)
