Not happy at all. Bought my fiance tires and he has a leak in one and a whole in the other. So he went here to get it fixed ( we had the warranty on the tires). They made him wait over 2.5 hours before even taking his car in (after being told it would take 2 hours for the whole process). It's now been over 3 hours and not even done yet. Definitely not going back to this firestone.
I now have two brand new beautiful tires, which make me feel safe. And my car passed inspection. Everyone I dealt with at Firestone was attentive, courteous, and helpful. This is the best experience I've had at any auto care place, ever. I have and will continue to recommend Firestone.
I'm thrilled with my recent trip to Firestone. Initially, I went in for an inspection sticker. Despite not having an appointment, I was seen right away. My car failed inspection due to front thread-worn tires. Justin, the Service Advisor, explained the situation and offered an amazing deal. He did everything to help me out.
They don't have the ability to mount tires with a sidewall less than 45. I've had 225/40-18 since my 2004, nevermind my 2016. Word of advice, go somewhere that can actually service the vehicle. I find it ridiculous that a TIRE SHOP does not have the equipment to service a rather common tire size on a modern vehicle. Whether that's the fault of corporate or the individual location's choice, its pretty bad none the less.

Since I had no appointment, I presumed I'd be coming back, leaving with a rejection sticker until the tires could be installed. Not the case! Despite the fact that, at times, they were swamped, Justin told me the mechanic, Anthony, could put the new tires on right then!
Ken and Luis went above and beyond to make me aware and comfortable about the work that needed to be done on my car. I needed over $1400 in work done on my car to pass inspection, and Luis personally called me after I made my appointment to let me know I wouldn't be there, but to reach out to Ken to get the best service possible and that he (Luis) would speak with Ken to ensure I was taken care of. I thought that was very thoughtful of Luis to go above and beyond to reassure me. And then when I went to my appointment, Ken reassured me he would try his best to get the price down if possible and that the car would be taken car of. When I returned to pick up my car and pay, Ken had gotten the price down by $200 and was extremely friendly while I was paying. This is by far the best experience I've had at a mechanic. Thank you to Ken and Lois!!!
Came in on a Sunday for a brake job. The staff was friendly, professional, and HONEST! They told me I did not have to replace the front brake pads although I thought I did. They could've easily told me that I needed to and I would've told him to go ahead and do it. They did the rest pads and rotors. Ken and Louis provided great service at a fair price! Will be going again!!
I'd like to add that you needn't feel as if you're automatically going to be taken advantage of if you're a woman.
