Let me start by saying Footit Medical is 5+ stars with customer care and service. I have had my CPAP machine for about 6 years. I started with Baystate Home Infusion- (First mistake.) They are ok at best when you first sign up with them and then it goes downhill from there- rude, won't return calls etc. So I switched to Lin care- (second mistake). Again ok at best when you first sign up with them. I needed CPAP supplies- I called to order them- first they wont tell you how much anything costs, plus you have to call another vendor for supplies- I waited 2 weeks to find out where my supplies were-when I called them back and asked about them i was told " the local office has placed me on an inactive list- when i asked why the told me "I have no idea, you will have to call the local office, find out why, then call them back to re-order the supplies. WHAT A JOKE. So I called Footit -spoke to Terry and inquired about CPAP supplies- the were very courteous, friendly and extremely helpful- she invited me in to complete very minimal paperwork. I explained my situation and she called the doctors office to get the script and the insurance company to complete the necessary steps. I went in the next day and spoke with Natalia- again friendly, courteous and helpful. I had my supplies THAT DAY. They have supplies in house and ready to go. No 2 weeks wait or 7-10 days to get them in the mail. If you are in need of CPAP supplies or other medical supplies- I would HIGHLY recommend Footit Supplies in West Springfield. I cant thank them enough
Well, all I can say is that in dealing with Monica, Karina, Alina, Valerie, Terry, Natalya, Cinnamon, Agnus, Rob, Larry, and who am I missing?! If I am, I am sorry. You're great too! You guys are the greatest group of people to deal with in any business that I have stepped foot in! (Pun intended) You have set the bar of what customer service is all about and witnessing sometimes being in there how you handle difficult people is remarkable. You can tell you care about your customer , your job, your co-workers, and this is why Footit is thriving after 60+ years! The bar has been set and it's the employees there that have set it. Went in looking for sesamoid pads (also commonly known as "dancer pads" because they are commonly used by dancers to relieve pressure points on their feet.) Was rudely informed by the unpleasant woman working there that not only did they not carry them, but she'd never heard of them before and I was probably making it up. No problem, I found what I was looking for at a competitor's medical supply store, and I won't be back to Footit again any time soon.
Excellent service!! Picked up my Apex shoes/sneakers for the gym and for home. Highly recommended by my foot doctor. They have been around since the 1950's. Most Doctors in the WMass area know about them.
