This place not seems like much, it's small and look dated but they compensate by excellent customer service and support. I had been buying running shoes here for my whole family for more than 8 years. Always a great experience and service. I wear 15 4E and they always have my size in stock, at the right price. I wouldn't buy running shoes anywhere else. Highly recommended!
I went here about a half a year ago and was amazed by the warm and helpful staff. Even though they didn't have my size they immediately offered to order a pair of shoes, knowing that I may not buy if they didn't satisfy me 100%. I cannot say enough praise for this company. The brooks they helped me pick out got me through my first half marathon full of hills. I have never looked back from my choice and love this company!!!!
I have bought insoles and shoes from Fast Feet and I couldn't be happier. I recently bought the wrong size of shoes from them and then I recycled the box with the receipt. I was nervous about asking for an exchange but, they couldn't have been more accommodating. After a little bashful explaining, they fitted me into the proper shoes and treated me like a valuable customer. I will be happy to return for my next shoe purchase.
I'm a runner and I forgot my running shoes at home this week. I walked in, told the guy working that I normally wear 11.5 Vomeros. He said we don't have that but here's the equivalent in another brand, and we have it in stock. They fit like slippers, fantastic, no looking around. Got him to recommend an insole and picked up a pair of Bolega's (sp?) also. He even put the insoles in for me. In and out in ten minutes over a lunch break because these people know what they're doing. Awesome local business.
