Hands down the worst Dick's Sporting Goods, has entirely lost my business. Most of the employees I've deal with know next to nothing about their departments. The firearms transactions can take forever and sometimes they don't even have someone who can put the transaction through. I waited for hours on hold and spoke to numerous managers and not one employee would take the time to help me. Do NOT go to this store. Hadley employees are much more well informed, don't have to look up every question you ask, are friendlier, and the store is all around better.
Got a very good deals on shoes for me and my wife. We got lates models Merrill shoes for a awesome price. And they are so good! After climbing Mt. Washington our legs has no pain. Freandly stuff helped us with shoes and price!
Where are your cyber Monday deals? What a joke. All you ever do is manipulate already discounted pricing to PRETEND to show this imaginary savings percentage. You should show the public their true savings percent. Much lower. Folks do yourself a favor and shop online but else where.
Idiots! Called them, requested FOOTWEAR, was on hold for 25 minutes, asked about the Kyrie 3's....didn't have a clue what I was talking about. My 70 year old mother knows who Kyrie (Irving) is.
