Been a customer for over 10 years - always processed my requests however, Carol has a bad attitude. She always made me feel as though I was bothering her to the point where I was hesitant to call. She only asked for our other business when I called her for something - not proactive in my opinion. Insurance Companies are highly competative and are a dime a dozen. Lose the attitude and you might be able to retain clients.
