I asked Mass trans insurance to give me a quote, how much will cost me to buy a truckers policy from them. They called me back next day to let me know, they can't help me because they will not be taken new customers for the next 2 weeks because they are so busy. I know it's a lie, because when i was at mass trans basement office, it looked like no one was their. I highly recommend to stay away from this guys they are not professional at all. I can't even imagine what kind of help i would get from them when i really needed.
I was a customer for 2 years without any accidents. But when i had a liability accident then i realize this agency don't care about customers AT ALL! they only care about your hard earned money. When i called Roman to help me open claim, his respond was "call yourself you will do better job" then he like i have go bye! Don't waste your hard earned money on this agency.
