We had a great experience at Bob's! First, we were helped with our purchase by an amazing team member, Irene. We loved that she was there to answer questions and offer advice, but also gave us a lot of space to look around and make decisions on our own. We spent a lot of time making a decision, and Irene gave us the time we needed without making us feel pressured. Definitely one of the best sales experiences I've had!
Tony was not the least bit pushy. let us look around at our own pace. When we had questions = he was happy to answer. Very good rep. for the business.

I am pleased to rate my experience at Bob's with 5 stars. We had a problem with a recliner sofa ( mechanism problem) that we purchased several years ago. After several phone calls to Customer Care, and a visit from a repairman , I went in to the store to to see the Manager, Terry. After explaining the problem, and showing pictures of the sofa, Terry immediately said I would get a full refund of the initial cost of the sofa in terms of a store credit. This was more than satisfactory. I worked with a great sales person, Dina, would helped us pick out a new sofa (Pacifica) which we can't wait to receive.
I came into bobs today after going to a couple of other competitors and was greeted by LUIS told him I was looking for a new mattress preferably memory foam. Asked me a few questions while walking and go figure first mattress I laid on Loved it and also got the adjustable base! For cheaper than what i looked at elsewhere great shopping experience
The whole experience at Bobs was excellent . It is customer service after the sale that matters. We have shopped there for years, and found the sales personnel and Manager to be very personable and responsive to the customer's needs.Thanks Bobs for standing by your product and for another great shopping experience!
At first glance you don't think its going to be a good time. After you actually speak to someone that changes fast. Alyssa was the turning point. She helped my mother as if she was her own. Our sales rep Ken was a very kind person with lots of motivation. Bob's is now home for our furniture. Can't wait to see Ken again.
The delivery team was also very professional, friendly and efficient. We received frequent updates on their arrival time, and they arrived within the set delivery window. They set everything up, and took away all the packaging. Definitely a pleasant and hassle-free experience!
