Tonight was the first time I had ever been to Pintu's. My acquaintances have been there numerous times before. From start to finish, my experience was excellent. The staff was courteous and prompt. Our drinks and appetizers were fantastic and my entree was delicious. I work in retail (for a company who prides itself in customer experience) so, I appreciate a "wow" experience when I go elsewhere. They delivered on all aspects. I would highly recommend Pintu's as a frequent dining destination.
Very good food, large selection of authentic Indian dishes. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Booth seats were nice but a bit stiff and uncomfortable. Bar area adjoins the main restaurant and is a great place for a drink, or some food - either at the bar or one of the tables there.
Excellent Indian cuisine, the best in the area! Impressive wine list, pleasant and efficient wait staff, comfortable seating in the main dining room. Good single malt Scotch selection.
Pintus is a great restaurant- my family has been many times and the service, food and atmosphere are all exceptional. This is a great business in the West Springfield area and is run by a great team of people. The owner is very assertive to all of his customers! I feel like family entering and eating at this restaurant. They have the best Indian food in the Connecticut/Massachusetts area.
The price and portion are no good. Pay $45 for 3 orders. The chicken was burn and dried. One bowl of rice for the 3 orders. The meal is not a meal. We gat 2 curry and one chicken order. 2 small bowl of curry with 5 pieces of meat in each. And the dried burn chicken. You even have to pay for the bread to eat with the curry. Total $65 with bread and drinks. Very disappointed experience.
