Unprofessional, unfriendly staff. Take the extra 10 minutes to drive to the Holyoke location near the mall. Much better service and friendlier staff.
Good food. Welcoming staff. Good crowd. quick service.
The only issue the restaurant floor and tables is not clean usually
LOVE Chipotle! Staff is professional, and keeps the restaraunt clean. There are great vegan and vegetarian options too

First I would like the say that I was happy that chipotle came to west Springfield because going to Chicopee is a drive and worth it. But since they open I been trying to get food after work around 9-9:30pm but since they open I been leaving empty handed because either the food all dried up or they only option is vegan burritos. Today was the worst vist just not only have no food but one of the worker that was busy called up another worker named Jason and all he said was that not my problem so I don't know what's going on witg the employees but the employees need to fix this establishment but in Chicopee and enfield from open to close everything is in order and I am a big fan of chipotle
