My teammates and I visited this place during our travels through Massachusetts. There was about 15 of us in there for approximately 10 minutes before any of the employees came to greet us. This woman (larger in stature, blonde hair) stared at us and didn't say anything. All the dogs looked extremely depressed and we're stepping all over each other in their tiny, unclean enclosures. I stated to my friends that these poor dogs were from puppy Mills. The employee said to me, "Let me educate you real quick, ma'am. These dogs are from certified breeders." I laughed at this egregious statement. A friend of mine asked how many times the dogs get walked and the rude employee responded, "they don't get walked." This woman has not an ounce of nurturing sense in her soul. Please, do not shop here. By shopping here, you are supporting the wild mistreatment of dogs through the means of Puppy Mills. Please don't ever go here.
Store owner had the nerve to ask for my ID in order for me to hold one of the puppies. When I asked why she needed my ID? She replied due to people stealing the dogs. I told her that I didn't need to steal her dogs. When my dad agreed to buy the puppie she seem shocked like he didn't have the money. Then she ran his card claiming it had declined which we both knew that was a lie. So he gave her another card and it was a miracle it went thru. The whole time she's telling me, and my dad how to care for the dog. My dad being a Vietnam Vet told her that he has raised dogs before she was even born. We paid and left. Went straight to the bank of the card she claimed declined and was told there was nothing wrong with the card there WAS money on that card. I feel that woman judged my dad and I soon as we walked in. Seeing our black skin assuming we would steal a dog. Then assume we couldn't take care or afford one.
I had an exceptionally wonderful experience with "Lisa", who was very knowledgeable and attentive, going the extra mile during the showing of who is now our very own little dachshund named "Sugar". I would like to say thanks again Lisa, you are awesome!!! Tammy and Mel
We recently bought a puppy here. Every time we visited he got more and more covered with poop. Some of the workers were very unfriendly. Just brought him to the vet for bloody poop and pink eye. We got him 2 days ago. If you do end up getting a puppy here please make sure you take them to the vet to make sure there is nothing wrong with them. Don't take it to the vet they recommend either, go to your own vet.
I love animals so much but all the got a looked sad and they were stacked on top of each other on cages and that's just cruel. I felt so sad the dogs looked dreppessed and sad because they don't even get walked. They stay in their cages forever until someone buys them. This is animal abuse.
