Staff is friendly. Product placement is consistent. Prices are good. Been shopping here for years. Love that they also do their part to help local animal rescues.

The worst experience ever. Never going there again and certainly wouldn't recommend. First, the register wasn't working, had to wait forever. Then a very rude manager verbally attacked me for having a $5 off coupon and signing up for their store card. She accused me of having 2 cards. I went online looking for a new place to buy pet food and supplies because I just moved to the area, and their website advertised $5 off 30 if I provide my email address, so I gave them my email. The store manager made me feel like I did something wrong. They also put discount coupons in front of wrong size cans to take advantage of customers, I'm sure. I just wasted an hour of my time. Horrible rude service and selection is not good either. It was my first and last time at that place.
I go there for my dog food & treats, prices are great, also if you become a member they send you emails on things you buy regularly. I live near a local pet store and his prices are higher and never give you any coupons. Now a days everyone is trying to save a little money. Great friendly staff also.
I wouldn't bring my dog to this groomer again. I should have known not to but thinking they deal with animals all day that would be fine. The groomer seemed okay, but then he didn't know how to read the medical paperwork to see if her shots were up to date (which they are) and instead of taking just a minute to let her smell him and be okay in the room he asked me if she needed to be muzzled. She was so nervous that she pooped and peed a huge amount and he still didn't get the hint to give her a minute. When I put her on the table for him she wiggled a little but I stayed and tried to pet her the whole time. He said STOP a couple of times when she wiggled more. When we were done he went to another customer and started a whole conversation about his dog. I hate leaving bad reviews but I am not a satisfied customer and I will not be bringing my dog there to be groomed in any way again.
