Luther and his staff are awesome. They have remembered me so well that he even corrected my order for me. I ordered 2 pizzas, one I added a crust flavor, and one i didn't remember to. He sent me a third pizza with the corrected pizza being free. Needless to say this is above and beyond by any measure and i how he receives some sort of recognition or something because he is always working hard when i come in. Thanks to the whole team.
Friendly staff. I ordered the buffet, my wife ordered a personal pan pizza. We also had the chocolate chip cookie (the big one). We enjoyed every part of our meal. The service was great. Highly recommend this establishment. We were traveling through, but will definitely return if ever back in the area.
Pizza Hut is a Sentimental place for me because my father used to bring my siblings and I hear when we were younger . My favorite is a regular pan cheese pizza nice thick crust not greasy at all perfect sauce crust cheese ratio. This is my all-time favorite chain pizza restaurant. I called up a got a nice guy named Luther on the phone he told me my teacher would be ready in about 15 minutes or less and I got here it was ready to customer service was stellar and the new facility that they just built is very modern and impressive is always comfortable. They have three large flat panel TVs on the wall everything is very clean and modern overall I highly recommend Pizza Hut especially this location on Riverdale Road in west Springfield Massachusetts. Customer service is a very big deal to me and Luther who I can only assume is the manager was phenomenal.!
Interesting Pizza Hut experience where you order at the front like a typical fast food restaurant, instead of the usual Pizza Huts where you sit down and have someone attend your table.
The food is good although it feels a bit pricey but it has a display on the wall that shows your order and when it will be ready, I really like that as I'm a visual person. On Wednesday's their chicken is half price and has a really good portion size. For example me and my husband get their bone out 8-piece for around 4 or $5 we split it in half equally and we're both full.
