The esthetician was not thorough, seemed as if she was in a hurry. Brochure read "90 minute facial for $75.00" I did not receive a 90 minute facial. It was only an hour but had to pay for an hour and a half. I questioned if I received a 90 minute facial and she proceeded to say yes. I mentioned to her that we started after 3:30 (which was the booking time) and I was out the room at 4:44. She preceded to tell me that their computer system is weird and that's how it's supposed to be booked or else their sessions would over lap. So if you're ok with paying more money for time you did not receive then book an appointment with them today!!

Pretty good overall and close to home. I stop in when I can't make it to my favorite spa in tower square. Loved the massages I've been given here, and the facial was pretty good. It's quite small, and rather cozy and intimate which could be a good or bad depending. I enjoy it when going alone, but I'm not sure they have the space for something like a couples massage. I'd love it if they offered express facials, and their add on treatments are a bit on the pricey side, but definitely my favorite spa in West Springfield
I had a package for him, given as a surprise from my wife. I had a facial treatment with Angela, my first time having this treatment and it was wonderful. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Sara, she was excellent. I'd highly recommend Mind, Body & Skin, all the staff I met with were very personable and friendly, who made me feel comfortable being that it was my first time having spa treatments.
