When I come to the shops it's because I have a specific stores in mind. Occasionally i visit more than 1. That's when the first store didn't have what i was looking for. I like all the different stores and the parking available!
They have security and plenty of parking but the lot does fill up fast on days when they have great sales like at Christmas time but there is plenty of shops to go to
I enjoy shopping at the plaza and brings me back memories of my children especially in the holidays they have done a great job with renovations keep it up West Springfield
A great number of good stores. Not the easiest to get to of coming from I91 though. Much easier coming from West Springfield.
They have everything I need . Kohl's, justice ,five below , stop and shop , dollar store, movie theater, and yogurt city, Costco, they have all you need in one little shopping area.
