Tracking said it was out for delivery and I still didn't get my package, Going on days past the due date & still waiting...

In the end, my package arrived overseas safely so I guess everything was filled out and done correctly on the UPS Store's end, so thank you for that and the good customer experience with this employee.

I've only been here once, to ship a package overseas using DHL. I think the employee there at the time was Nadia, or something like that. She seemed friendly and helpful, and when it seemed she didn't have an answer for something or needed help in the process of filling out the paperwork or how to do this overseas shipment, she took the effort to call her manager rather than say "I don't know, can't help you" or making stuff up. I felt her service and helping me out with this was pretty good. The person to who I was shipping this to was also receiving notifications within the same day about the status of the package, so I imagine the UPS Store was on top of that as well since pickup wasn't coming until the next day.

I had the most awful experience at this franchise store. Their customer service was extremely poor. There were mistakes on my documentation, that were "corrected" more than once. The guy, who appeared to be uncertain on what he was doing, wanted me to sign a misrepresented document. I graciously stepped aside in order to accommodate the next customer, while looking over my paper work. Then, as I was about to approach the counter for these corrections to be made, a female customer started yelling furiously, that she was next in line. The two customer service representatives, "Nordia" and the guy without a name tag, instead of asking the woman to wait, agreed and they also told me to get in the line. I was just in the line. This was an international package, which made it more detrimental for the mistakes to be fixed. I eventually left and contacted UPS. On their advice, I returned to the store, retrieved my package, money and went to the UPS Customer Center. This was a short distance away at 120 Wayside Avenue, West Springfield Massachusetts, 01089. Also, the shipping fee there was almost $4.00 less. Awesome customer service. Thank you Karen for your courtesy and assistance.

Excellent service from the store manager Linda! She assisted me with sending out a special antique auto part to be restored. She knew how to package it so it would arrive safely. All with professional and friendly service. Thanks again I'll be back when I need to ship something again.

Dropped a large box clearly marked fragile in the middle of my driveway couldn’t be bothered to even help bring it to the porch called and got sorry not sorry wish I could get my packages from people that actually care about the people they deliver to... asshats
