Came in looking for wide shoes, but selection was terrible. The only pair of dress shoes I found in my size were too tight and definitely not wide as marked on box.

my experience was a solid 5+ stars until I had overheard a woman from the beauty and jewelry counter yelling and being obnoxiously rude to another young employee . The store Was very busy afternoon on a Sunday, and as I'm walking with my daughter all I can hear and see Are two employees, 1 being behind jewelry screaming at this young poor girl as the girl was trying to help a clearly upset customer. The young girl being very embarrassed, in front of a customer ! I ALWAYS shop here and am never speaking poorly of this store, as it is one of my favorites. However, I hope Kohls' watch who they hire, this is not a good look on your store. I come in very often so I am familiar with your employees. when I walk alongside the beauty/Jewelry dept. I cant help but to see your same employees, standing around talking to one another. NEVER FAILS ! STEP IT UP KOHLS, or you will lose my service ! I am a loyal customer for the past 8+ years. other then that, I absolutely love the store. always very clean and neat. Customer service is great, and everyone is very friendly !
They don’t have a good selection at all , they need to hire people understand in clothing designs because all they have overpriced old style models
Can u believe they only have one person in the jewelry department one day before Xmas I waited 20 min for service and no one came by so xmas shopping at kolhs will frustrate you if u don’t have hours to spend there very little people working
