I have been going to cool runnings for a few yrs now. I have never once had an issue or complaint. Right from the very first time I walked through there doors they have all treated me like family and like they have known me forever. They never push you to buy anything but are extremely helpful when you do want to buy something from them. I could go on and on but I won't. I will end by saying I have been to many different tanning salons over Tue years and cool runnings is definitely the best out of all of them in everyway possible. Thanks for everything cool runnings.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The male owner is unreasonable, and just plain rude. He's always trying to up sell something. I never got very dark in their beds... he claimed I needed to buy his $30 lotion and a better bed. Not to mention, his wife was completely rude to me twice for no reason other than she is obviously insecure. Notice how most of his five star ratings are from "a google user" Sad... stay away.
I went there a yr ago and wouldn't recommend to anyone... the owners are extremely rude. I noticed every time I go, there was nobody there, wasn't long before I realized the reason why. The owner yelled at me when I walked in 2 minutes early one Saturday which I didn't realize because the doors were opened. Will never to there again!
Nobody is there, they are closed. Wasted 30 min drive.
CoolRunnings Tanning is the best salon I have gone to. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The salon is kept immuculate and the atmosphere is fun and homey.You are treated like a pampered customer. I hope you will judge for your self and take trip to CoolRunnings Tanning. "Once you go you know" Enjoy the Carribean in your own backyard.
