The worker at the car wash was very rude, and he didn't tell me that I had to put the car into neutral, until we were just about to go in and because I was in Drive I had to shift down past reverse and into neutral, and the worker sent another car in before I had enough time and of course when I downshifted to neutral, past reverse, the car other was SO close to me that I hit it before getting into neutral.
(Oh, and the worker also failed to resume the car wash, after I dealt with the incident, so basically it was a WASTE)
