Picked up a smoking deal on a 2017 Santa Cruz mountain bike. Got more than 20% off since the '18's were coming out. Rode the bike for one trail ride and decided I wanted a smaller size due to personal preference. Without hesitation these guys took the bike back and ordered me the size I wanted, no problems at all.
