Deb and Ron, the owners of Debrons, were so helpful every step of the way. I currently live out of town, so the purchase of an engagement ring from Debrons was conducted entirely over the phone. I spoke to Deb first. It was so refreshing to talk to someone with a genuine personality, unlike other jewelers who want to just try and sell you on something right away. Deb and Ron were such a pleasure to work with and the product was delivered, as promised, by the time I specified (I needed it pretty quick!). Everything about the ring is beautiful! My (now fiance) and I are both extremely pleased with the product. And I cannot say enough great things about Ron and Deb - both great people to work with!
