Wings and beer specials were good. Went in on a Sunday afternoon when it was already packed and they had all the games on. We were greeted promptly at the door and got a seat. Haley is a great and attentive waitress.
Over cooked my boneless wings on multiple visits, the resultant is kept clean and the waitresses are always friendly.
Last minute birthday party for grandson. Decided on Hooter West Springfield. Called ahead and got manager. What a great guy and took care of our arrangements.14 people on the porch, his suggestion, and what about the cake. He put it in the frig when we arrived and popped in every now and then to check up on us. As for the girls that served us, they were friendly and great at making sure we had everything right up to the end. No complaints on the food, wings and salads really good. Zero stress night with a mixed crowd ,thanks to the staff, and manager, at Hooters

Minimal Staff for a Monday Night Football Game, still friendly and attentive! Touchdown with 2 point conversion for food! The cooks are on point and the bartender pours a great pint!
